  • Brian baughman - Senior pastor

    Pastor Brian Baughman has served KLMC since 1997. He grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Ft. Wayne Bible College in 1982. with a B.S. in Christian Education. He graduated from Huntington University with a Master of Christian Ministry. He married his wife, Tina Baughman, in 1982. They began their ministry at the York Rescue Mission in 1982. From 1982-1990 they served the Keystone United Methodist Church. In 1990 he joined the staff of California Road Missionary Church, Elkhart, IN, where he served until 1997. He has been serving at KLMC since 1997 as the Senior Pastor. Brian and Tina have three grown sons: Matthew (Brittany), Joseph, and Michael. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, bicycling, reading, and playing table games.

  • Norm Dial - Associate pastor

    Norm has served at KLMC since June of 2007. He grew up in Elkhart, IN. He graduated from Bethel College (Mishawaka) in 2007 with a Christian Ministry degree. Norm felt called into ministry his Junior year of High School, and has been passionate about seeing people worship the Creator of the Universe ever since. He has been married to his wife, Tara, since 2006. They have two children, Brayden (2012) and Landon (2014). Norm is the youth director. He also has a role in organizing and leading music on Sunday mornings. In his spare time he enjoys listening to and playing music, spending time with his wife, and playing with his kids.

  • Kristen basham - co-director childrens ministry

    Kristen has been on staff at KLMC since July 2012. Kristen was raised in Koontz Lake and graduated from Oregon-Davis High School. Kristen married her high school sweetheart, Justin Basham, in October 1993. They have three very active children; Joshua, Jordan and Jared. Kristen adores children and feels very blessed to be a Co-Director in the Children's Ministy at KLMC. She enjoys reading, camping, baking and spending time with family.

  • Melana Marcum - Worship Arts Director

    Melana has been on staff at KLMC since January 2023.

  • Allen Renz - Sound & Media Director

    Allen has been on staff at KLMC since February 2022. Allen was raised in Koontz Lake and has attended KLMC since he was a newborn. He graduated from Oregon-Davis High School. Allen attended Indiana University South Bend (South Bend, IN) where he received his Bachelor of Arts, in Speech & Organizational Communication with a minor in Theater. He has been married to his wife, Abby, since 2020. They both were baptized at KLMC. He feels very blessed to serve at the church he grew up in. He enjoys music, movies, traveling, video games, and spending time with family.

  • lita hall - office administrator

    Lita Bergstrom Hall began working at KLMC in 2000 as an assistant to the Director of Noah’s Ark Preschool. She has been the church secretary since 2002. Lita was raised in Grovertown, Indiana and graduated from Oregon-Davis High School and Ball State University in 1980 with a B.S. in Office Administration and a minor in piano. She is married to Rick Hall and they have 2 grown sons, Karl (Janelle), Alik, and a grandson, Wells. She enjoys reading, riding a tandem bicycle with her husband, traveling and spending time with family & friends.
