STAFF

Pastor Norm began serving as the Lead Pastor of KLMC at the beginning of 2025, but began serving at KLMC in June 2007.  He grew up in Elkhart, IN and graduated from Bethel College (Mishawaka) in 2007 with a Christian Ministry degree.  Norm felt called into ministry his Junior year of High School and has been passionate about seeing people worship the Creator of the Universe ever since.  He has been married to his wife, Tara, since 2006.  They have two children, Brayden (2012) and Landon (2014). In his spare time he enjoys listening to and playing music, spending time with his wife, and playing with his kids.

Pastor Brian Baughman has served at KLMC since 1997.  He grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and holds degrees from Ft. Wayne Bible College and Huntington University.  He married his wife, Tina Baughman, in 1982.  He served as the Senior Pastor at KLMC from 1997 to 2024 and continues to serve full-time as the Associate Pastor.  Brian and Tina have three grown sons: Matthew (Brittany), Joseph (Catherine), and Michael (Laura), and four granddaughters. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, bicycling, reading, and playing table games.

Kristen has been on staff at KLMC since July 2012.  Kristen was raised in Koontz Lake and graduated from Oregon-Davis High School.  Kristen married her high school sweetheart, Justin Basham, in October 1993.  They have three very active children; Joshua, Jordan and Jared.  Kristen adores children and feels very blessed to be a Co-Director in the Children's Ministry at KLMC.  She enjoys reading, camping, baking and spending time with family.

Melana Marcum has attended KLMC her whole life and has loved being able to serve in different areas within the church, such as children’s ministry and youth group. She grew up singing in KLMC and feels blessed to have the opportunity to serve now as Worship Director. Melana is married to Rodney, and they have a son, Barrett.

Allen Renz has been on staff at KLMC since 2022. Allen was raised in Koontz Lake and graduated from Oregon-Davis High School.  He gained his Associate of Science Degree in General Studies from Ancilla College. Later in life, he graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a B.A. in Organizational Communication & Theater. Allen has been attending KLMC his whole life. He has served in the church since the age of 12, both in children's ministry and sound & media. Allen is married to Abby, and they have two children.  Allen enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going on hikes, going to amusement parks, and catching a movie, concert, or theater production. He also enjoys playing both board games and video games.

Annika Polinski has been on staff at KLMC since January 2024. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University where she studied Hospitality and Marketing. Annika is married to Andy, and they have one daughter, Luella, and two spunky Australian Shepherds named Lucy and Dottie. In her spare time, Annika enjoys gardening, baking and going for long walks.
